Service Area

We serve Calgary, Alberta. Travel is free within 10 km of Royal Oak NW. Beyond that, a travel fee applies (see Travel Fees below).

Travel Fees

Condition-Based Pricing

Low condition

Up to $15 extra

Heavily soiled vehicles require more product, specialized tools, additional mat cleaning, and extra labor time, which may increase the price.

Heavier condition

Up to $25 extra

Pet hair

Up to $25 extra

Not all vehicles take the same time or product. Heavier mess = more cleaning time, more product, more tools.

If you're unsure about your vehicle's condition, send a photo or video.

If you want a max possible price up front, we can provide that before arrival.

Final pricing is confirmed on-site.

Vehicle Size Pricing (Interiors)

Our interior pricing is based on vehicle size and seating layout, not just the general name of the vehicle. Some vehicles may both be considered 'SUVs,' but they can still require very different amounts of time depending on interior space, mats, cargo area, seating, and hard-to-reach areas.

Sedans, Hatchbacks & Compact Crossovers

+$0

Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, Mazda3, Chevy Sonic, Honda Fit, Hyundai Kona, Honda HR-V, Toyota C-HR, Nissan Kicks

Smaller vehicles with less cabin space, smaller mats, and a smaller cargo area.

Standard SUVs / Mid-Size Crossovers

+$20

Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, Ford Escape, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sportage, Nissan Rogue, Subaru Forester

Larger than compact crossovers, with more cabin space, bigger mats, larger cargo areas, and more surface area to clean.

Full-Size Trucks

+$30

Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Chevy Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, Toyota Tundra, Nissan Titan

Larger cab space, bigger mats, wider seats, and more floor area than a standard SUV or compact crossover.

Vehicles with Third-Row Seating

+$30

Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, Kia Telluride, Hyundai Palisade, Ford Explorer, Nissan Pathfinder, Volkswagen Atlas

Third-row seating adds extra seats, seat tracks, rear floor areas, cupholders, and hard-to-reach spaces that require additional time.

Large SUVs & Heavy-Duty Trucks

+$40

Chevy Tahoe, GMC Yukon, Ford Expedition, Toyota Sequoia, Nissan Armada, Jeep Wagoneer, Ford F-250, Ford F-350, Ram 2500, Ram 3500

Larger overall vehicles with more interior space, larger mats, wider seating, bigger cargo areas, and more surface area.

Minivans

+$60

Honda Odyssey, Toyota Sienna, Chrysler Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, Kia Carnival

Minivans require the most time due to multiple rows, sliding-door tracks, walk-through areas, extra cupholders, seat rails, rear cargo space, and tight areas.

If your vehicle could fit more than one category, send a photo or ask when booking—we'll confirm the correct interior surcharge before your appointment.

Exterior Size Surcharge

  • Trucks: +$20 extra (includes larger surface area, wheels, tires, and truck beds if applicable).
  • Full-size SUVs & Vans/Minivans: +$20 extra (due to increased size, height, and time required).
  • Vehicles with excessive mud buildup in the wheel wells, tires, and body may require additional time and cleaning. In these cases, extra charges may apply after inspection, regardless of vehicle size.

Training & Quality Standards

Every student is trained directly through hands-on work before completing appointments independently. Training includes:

  • • working alongside me on real details
  • • learning proper techniques and product use
  • • understanding service standards and expectations
  • • developing attention to detail, responsibility, and professionalism

Students do not work independently until they are fully prepared and trusted to represent the business. We take pride in maintaining consistent, high-quality results across every appointment.

Supporting Student Detailers

Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.

When a student completes a detail independently, any tip goes directly to that student as recognition of their effort and work quality.

Every booking supports students earning their own income while delivering professional, high-quality service.

Common Questions

How long does a detail take?
Most details take about 3–4 hours, depending on the condition and size of the vehicle and the services booked. Interior-only is usually closer to 3 hours, while interior + exterior or heavily soiled vehicles may take longer. If a client shares what services they're looking for, we can provide a more accurate time estimate.
Do you need access to water or power?
We do need access to a power outlet to plug in our equipment. For interior-only, we bring our own water. For exterior services, we'll need access to your water supply. If a hose isn't available, we can bring one.
Do you come to me?
Yes — this is a fully mobile service. We come to the client's home or location.
How does pricing work with condition?
Clients can send a photo or video of their vehicle's interior/exterior and we'll provide a more accurate quote. Heavier buildup requires more time, tools, and product, which affects pricing.
Do you charge for pet hair?
Yes. Pet hair removal requires extra time, tools, and effort, so there is an additional charge.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain or sprinkling usually isn't an issue. If it starts pouring, we'll need access to a garage to continue. If that's not available, we'll pause and reschedule to finish the job. We always check the weather beforehand to avoid this when possible.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — we bring all equipment and products.
How do I pay?
Payment is accepted by cash or e-transfer.
Can I leave my vehicle?
There's no need to go anywhere — we come to the client and complete the service on-site.
Do you service trucks, SUVs, and vans?
Yes, we service most vehicle types.
What if I'm not sure what package I need?
Call or text 403-333-9331 and we'll help you choose the right service. Photos or a quick video help us recommend the best option.
What if I live in a condo?
We can usually perform interior-only services with access to power. Exterior work depends on the building setup. Parkades sometimes work, but not always. If needed, the detail can be completed at a friend or family member's driveway.
Do you offer senior discounts?
We don't offer senior discounts. Our pricing is already kept as affordable as possible so more people can access the service.
What kind of products do you use?
We use professional-grade detailing products that are safe for vehicle interiors and surfaces. Products are carefully selected and tested to avoid damage or discoloration.
Can you clean my kids' car seats?
Yes. Car seats can be shampooed and steam cleaned for $20 each. For best results, they should be removed from the vehicle beforehand.
What if I don't want to remove the car seat?
We can clean around it, but the area underneath won't be fully cleaned. If third-row access is needed, at least one seat may need to be removed — we'll discuss this when assessing the vehicle.
Are the students working on my vehicle trained?
Yes. Every student is trained directly by me through a structured, multi-phase training process. They don't work independently until they're fully confident and approved.
I don't have a driveway — my garage is in a back alley. Is that okay?
Yes, as long as the area is safe and not too busy. We can also work inside the garage if space allows, or schedule a quieter time.
For exterior services, I don't have a hose. Do you bring one?
Yes — we bring a hose and can connect it to the client's water supply.
My car has rust or peeling paint. Will pressure washing damage it?
We inspect the vehicle first and avoid directing pressure at sensitive areas. Any risks are discussed before starting.
Can you clean my engine bay?
Not at the moment. Engine bay cleaning requires specialized training and carries risks. This may be offered in the future once proper training is completed.
Is there a driving fee?
Travel is free within 10 km of Royal Oak NW. Beyond that, a fee of $0.50 per additional kilometre applies based on driving distance.
